ProGmag is a software solution for any store! From the cash register to accounting, inventory management, and customer loyalty, everything is covered to ensure a merchant starts their day smoothly. Various packages are available depending on the business sector.
It was at this company that I began my professional journey. Coming from a software development background, I quickly realized through internships that there is a gap between end users and developers. Therefore, I wanted to join a support service for my first experience to interact with clients and understand the language differences between them and developers.
My tasks were enriching:
- Take care of, prioritize, solve and capitalize technical problems.
- Install hardware and software remotely or on site.
- Train customers remotely or on site (users and technical managers).
- Management of absolute emergencies (blocked store, ...).
- Manage non contractual services (database cleaning, specific scripts creation, ...).
- Maintain and improve service management support tools (ticketing, telephone switchboard, reporting, ...).
- Test and validate software versions internally before distribution.
- Manage and animate the support service (15 people, France and Tunisia): in the absence of the support manager.
- Monitoring and improvement of service quality ;
- Ensure compliance with the processes ;
- Development and monitoring of employee activity indicators ;
- Resources planning ;
- Monitoring client satisfaction.
Working at this company resulted in rapid skill development and confirmed my passion for the software field.
