IPM France is the expert in interactive kiosks: from creating solutions to digitalizing its clients' offerings and services. With over 15 years of experience and 15,000 kiosks deployed for clients of all sizes, the company offers a comprehensive and continually updated range of solutions to meet the needs of various industries. The kiosks are also manufactured in France!
In this context, I had the pleasure of maintaining the kiosk fleet for major accounts such as public administrations (CNAF and CPAM), banks (Société Générale), military (Nexter), hospitals (WIIS, Cpage), and many others!
My tasks were diverse:
- Project manager: management, organization and intermediate between many collaborators, customer relationship and support (public administrations, military, banks, hospitals, …).
- Take care of, prioritize, solve and capitalize technical problems.
- Manage the interactive terminal park (network security, proactivity, etc) and payment terminals (Verifone, Ingenico).
- Install hardware remotely or on site.
- Train customers remotely or on site (users and technical managers).
- Manage clients and provider disputes, define action and resolution plans.
- Write and update maintenance procedures for referenced products.
- Maintain and improve service management support tools (ticketing, telephone switchboard, reporting).
- Substitute quality management ISO 9001.
- Assistance with after-sales service and workshop: repair of returned equipment, assembly/disassembly of terminals.
